Seat
availability varies based on what you want.
Single-game
tickets can be had; 25,000 are on waiting list for season seats.
Single-game
tickets become available every week as the visiting team, players
and groups give them up. They range from $34 in the upper-level end
zone to $270 for lower-level club seats at midfield.
Season tickets?
Get in line.
About
25,000 names are on a season-ticket waiting list.
Lucas Oil
Stadium has 6,000 more seats than the RCA Dome, but still people are waiting.
Here's
why: About 4,000 of those 6,000 seats are in suites. And about 1,100
are set aside for fans with disabilities.
Also,
about 9,000 of the fans waiting for seats are current ticket holders
wanting more.
Season
tickets range from $240 to $1,190.
Super Bowl
The
stadium will expand to more than 73,000 seats for the 2012 Super Bowl.
The NFL
typically distributes tickets as follows:
|
and the
remaining 35 percent are split among the other 29 teams. |
|
The
host team usually holds a lottery among season ticket holders for tickets.
Prices
change each year, however tickets for the last Super Bowl fetched
$700 to $900 apiece.
Final Four
The
deadline to buy general public tickets for the Midwest Regional in
the NCAA men's basketball tournament in 2009 has passed. But the
stadium will host the men's Final Four in 2010, and tickets are
usually determined by a lottery system. The NCAA sets the price each year.
About
70,000 seats will be available
Concerts
Retractable
seats in the north end of the stadium can be removed, allowing
organizers to push the stage away from the center and to the north.
The move opens up the seating bowl and expands the number of tickets
to about 54,000. That number is smaller than the football seating
capacity because seats behind the stage are not sold.

The Club Seat Agreement is in place to provide Club Seat holders
with long-term pricing guarantees on their seats. By requiring
multi-year commitments from our Club Seat holders, we have the
flexibility to limit or eliminate Club Seat price increases. If
you choose the five-year agreement, your price will not increase for
the first three seasons. Once club Seats are assigned, you will

Club Seat & Season Ticket Waiting Lists
The Indianapolis Colts are accepting deposits for the Club Seat and
Season Ticket Waiting Lists. Currently, all Club Seats and
Season Tickets are SOLD OUT. If you would like to join the Club
Seat or Season Ticket Waiting Lists, you will be required to submit a
$150 (per seat), non-refundable deposit. Your
deposit is a one-time fee that will hold your place on the list until
Club Seats or Season Tickets become available. If Club Seats or
Season Tickets are assigned to your account, 100% of the deposit will
be applied as a credit towards the total purchase price for the first
season. Making a deposit DOES NOT guarantee that you will
receive Club Seats or Season Tickets. The availability of seats
depends on the number of existing season ticket holders that choose
not to renew their Club Seats or Season Tickets each season along
with the list of seat addition and seat improvement requests we
receive from existing season ticket holders. You will
receive an annual update in May as to your position on the waiting
list. Please review the FAQ section for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions/Waiting List Policies
Are
there any additional fees involved if I join the Waiting List?
No.
Your initial deposit will keep you on the waiting list until Club
Seats or Season Tickets become available. There are no annual
maintenance fees to keep your account active.
Why
is the deposit non-refundable?
Since Club
Seats and Season Tickets are sold out, the waiting list offers fans
a fair and organized process to access Season Tickets or Club Seats
when they become available. By making deposits non-refundable,
the Colts can confirm the interest the member has in purchasing
season tickets.
Does
my deposit guarantee that I will receive Club Seats or Season Tickets?
Your
deposit holds your place on the waiting list but does not guarantee
that you will receive Club Seats or Season Tickets. Each
season, we hope to be able to assign seats to members on the waiting
list and eventually accommodate everyone on the list. The
availability of seats depends on the number of existing season ticket
holders that choose not to renew their Club Seats or Season Tickets
each season along with the list of seat addition and seat improvement
requests we receive from existing season ticket holders.
What
happens to the deposit in my Waiting List account?
When
Club Seats or Season Tickets are assigned to your account, 100%
of your deposit will be applied as a credit towards your first
years ticket purchase.
What
do I get for joining the Club Seat or Season Ticket Waiting Lists?
You
will receive a Colts e-newsletter, special opportunities to
purchase preseason and post-season tickets (subject to availability)
before they go on sale to the public, and an annual update of your
position on the waiting list.
How
do I find out where I am on the list?
You
will receive an annual update of your position on the waiting list
in May. You will be assigned a My Colts Wait List Account that
you can access and update through Colts.com. It is important
that you keep your contact information and email address updated in
your Colts Wait List Account in order to receive these updates.
How
do I change my account information?
You
can update your address, phone number, or email address by logging
on to Colts.com and accessing My
Colts Wait List Account under the Ticket section of the
website. To make changes to your account, you will need to
enter your Account ID or email address and PIN # or password.
When
will I know if I am getting Club Seats or Season Tickets prior to
each season?
At
the end of every season we send out invoices to all existing season
ticket holders. They will have 30 days to send payment back to
us. After the deadline, we will work on seat improvement and
seat addition requests for existing season ticket holders. This
entire process is normally completed by the middle of April. If
you are chosen to receive season tickets, you can expect to be
notified sometime in late April or early May. |

Flex Scheduling
2008 NFL Flex Scheduling
As part of NBCs agreement to televise Sunday night football,
the NFL will implement a flexible schedule for Sunday start times for
the final seven weeks of the season. This will allow the NFL to
bring more attractive matchups to a national audience late in the
season, and allow teams having breakout years to play their way onto
the Sunday night schedule on NBC.
The 2008 NFL schedule will list start times for all games during the
flex weeks as they were created in the Spring. The Sunday night
game will be listed as scheduled in the Spring. For the 2008
season, flexible scheduling will occur in Weeks 11-17.
Twelve days (12) prior to the scheduled Sunday games in each flex
week, the NFL will decide (after consultation with CBS, FOX and NBC)
and announce the game being moved to 8:30 ET and also may announce
games moving to 4:15 ET. (For the Week 17 games, the decision
may be made on four days (4) notice to ensure a Sunday night game
with playoff implications.)
Fans planning to attend during flexible scheduled weeks should be
aware they may have to adjust their plans in the event of a change in
the kickoff time.
*If you would like to donate your tickets (due to a game that has
been flexed) to a charitable cause via the Colts, please contact your
Customer Relationship Representative.
NFL Flexible Scheduling 101
·Begins Sunday, November 16, 2008 (Week 11)
·In effect Weeks 11-17.
·No impact on Thursday, Saturday or Monday night games.
·The NFL will decide (after consultation with CBS, FOX, NBC) and
announce on 12 days notice the game being moved to 8:15 p.m. ET and
may also announce games moving to 4:15 p.m. ET.
·Week 17 start time changes could be decided on 4 days notice to
ensure game with playoff implications.
·Fans and ticket holders must be aware that NFL games in flex
weeks are subject to change 12 days in advance (4 days in Week 17)
and should plan accordingly.
·NFL schedules all games.
·CBS and FOX each get to protect a total of 5 games in the 7
weeks of flexible scheduling, but not more than one game in any week.
·Teams will be informed as soon as they are no longer under
consideration or eligible for a move to Sunday night.
